Miss Mary B Irons
Miss Mary Broadette Irons, 41, of 718 LaFayette Ave, died Saturday in Allegany Hospital where she was admitted Tuesday. A native of Cumberland, Miss Irons had been employed as a cook at the B and O YMCA for 22 years. She was a daughter of Mrs Agnes Estella (Shields) Irons and the late Silas Irons. Miss Irons held membership in St Mary's Catholic church. Besides her mother, she leaves a sister, Mrs Margaret McBee, Pittsburgh and one brother, Joseph Patrick Irons, Cumberland. The body is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home. A requiem mass will be celebrated today at 9 a.m. in St Mary's Church. Interment will be in SS Peter and Paul Cemetery.
