Thomas M. Yukna, 70, of Portsmouth, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by his family.

Born in Brockton, Thomas was the son of the late Soter and Genevieve (Jackiewicz) Yukna. He was a graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School and served his country during the Vietnam War with the United States Army. Thomas worked in the construction industry as a project manager for many years. He enjoyed sailing, bowling and weaving.

Thomas is survived by: his daughter Sarah C. Yukna of Rehoboth, MA; two sons: Thaddeus M. Yukna and his wife Ann-Marie of North Easton, MA and Seth C. Yukna and his wife Betty Siu of Swansea, MA; and his granddaughter Kaylee, whom he adored.

Funeral Information

Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 from 2-4pm in the Hathaway Community Home for Funerals, 900 Buffinton Street, Somerset. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
