Holly Deanne Hill, 22, of Van Vleck, TX passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, August 7, 2015. She was born on February 15, 1993 in Wharton, TX to Bryan and Christine Anne (Bryant) Hill. Holly was raised in Van Vleck, and graduated from Van Vleck High School. Her passions in life included painting, singing in the church choir, fresh garden flowers, and a tremendous love for the outdoors and animals; especially her beloved dog, Hallie. She was a member of the Van Vleck First Baptist Church. Holly had recently started a new job at Palais Royal in Bay City, TX. This was a proud moment for her and she was very excited to be a part of her new work family.
Survivors include her father, Bryan Hill of Van Vleck; sister, Laura Anne Hill of Sweeney, TX; grandparents, Sara and Les Wenk of Bay City, TX; and Elvin W. and Margaret J. Bryant of Matagorda, TX; Aunt and Uncles, Dennis and Darlene Chambers of Matagorda, TX; and Bubba and Lisa Bryant of Robinson, TX and Aunt Janet Persick, Baton Rouge, LA; cousins, Angie Persick, Baton Rouge, LA and Kevin Persick, Zachary, LA; Chris (Melissa) Chambers of Fruita, Colorado, Chelsy Chambers, Blain Chambers and Graci Maxwell, of Matagorda, TX. Holly was preceded in death by her mother, Christine Anne Hill, and her grandfather, Herbert Broox Hill.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Taylor Bros. Funeral home from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home at 10 a.m. with Rev. Bob Hobbins officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck, TX.
Pallbearers are Bill Hite, Richard Kovar, Dennis Chambers, Bubba Bryant, Donnie Clark and Mike Muskiet.
