Funeral services for Mrs. Robert Henry Mealy, 85, widow of Robert Henry Mealy, of Franklin, who died at 12:40 a.m. Sunday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Philip Yarnell, Franklin, R.D.#1, following a long illness, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Crawford Funeral Home. Rev. A. C. Spencer, of the First Free Methodist Church, of Maple Dale, will officiate, and interment will be in the Riverside Cemetery of Tionesta. Born at Venus Sept. 25, 1861, Mrs Mealy had resided in Tionesta until 18 years ago when she moved to this vicinity. Her husband preceded her in death on Dec. 16, 1929. Mrs. Mealy was a member of the First Free Methodist Church of Tionesta. The following children survives: Mrs. Verna Brecht, of Oakland, Calif.; Mrs. Maude Black, of Leeper, Mrs. Philip Yarnell, of Franklin, R.D.#1; Harry, of Pleasantville; Alvin of Titusville; Andrew, of Leavittsburgh, O.; Logan of Hamburg, N.Y., and Clifford of Erie. Also surviving are 37 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren. The body was taken to the Crawford Funeral Home.
