LAURENS — John Clayton Teague, 83, of Route 2, Chappells, passed away March 10, 2001, at NHC of Laurens.
Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late Edgar W. and Josephine Teague.
He was a retired Dairy Farmer, anArmy Veteran of WWII and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Teague was the last surviving member of his immediate family and is survived by nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2:00pm Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Elford Roof.
Visitation is from 7-8 Monday evening at Ramey Funeral Home in Saluda.
