Mrs. Agnes M. Guse, formerly of 203 Greenwich St., Beaver Dam, passed away Sunday, Oct. 27 at Clearview Nursing Home, Juneau. The Rev. Mark Molidrem officiated at the 2 p.m. service Tuesday in the Briese Roedl Weber Funeral Home, Beaver Dam. Burial was in the Oakwood Cemetery, Beaver Dam.There was no visitation. Mrs. Guse was born Dec. 28, 1889, in town Lomira, the daughter of the late Julius and Mary Malcquit Friese. She married Paul Guse, who preceded her in death. She was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church and was employed for a number of years for the Weyenberg Shoe Company, Beaver Dam. Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Frank (Bessie) Leismann, Selma Powell, Della Sherman and Lucy Procknow, all of Beaver Dam; nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one daughter and four brothers.Mayville News October 31, 1985
