JARVIS, Barbara L. Age 84, of Kettering, Ohio, passed away Friday, August 14, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Frank C. Jarvis. She is survived by her children Randy Jarvis, Joy (Dirk) Trowbridge, Janet (Mike) Casey, Beverly (Rob) Dalton and former daughter-in-law Sam Soon Jarvis, grandchildren; Shannon Casey, Shaun (Marie) Casey, Darren (Kursti) Casey, Keri (Kris) Matschullat, Dustin (Meg) Trowbridge, Daniel Jarvis, Kim Jarvis and Alia Dalton, great-grandchildren; Mason Casey, Wyatt Payne, Bentley and Landyn Casey, and Sierra and Austin Matschullat, and many nieces and nephews. Barbara will be greatly missed. Barbara graduated from Wilbur Wright High School class of 1949 and was a graduate of Miami Jacobs College. She was a long time member of Memorial United Church of Christ and secretary/treasurer there for many years and also a Cincinnati Reds fan. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME - FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave; with funeral service at 2:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery.
