Jon Paul Scott passed away Saturday, August 15, 2015 in Casey County, KY. He was 26.Born July 28, 1989 in Pulaski County, KY, he is the son of Mitchell Scott of Liberty and Vivian Peyton of Liberty. He was a member of the National Guard. Jon was of the Pentecostal faith.In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by a son, Luke Scott of Liberty; two daughters, Cheyanne and Breanne Scott of Liberty; and two brothers, Steven and Michael Durham both of Liberty.
Funeral services are 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Whited Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday from 2:00-9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Shawn Scott, Shannon Scott, Steven Greene, Steven Durham, Michael Durham and Larry Long. Honorary pallbearers are Brent Wells and Jantzen Hale.
