Howard Thomas Lloyd, 84, of Reston, Virginia, and formerly of Christian County, KY, died Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Reston Hospital of natural causes.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, August 1, 2015, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home in Crofton, KY, with John Board officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

A native of Hopkins County, KY, he was born June 5, 1931, the son of the late George Brown Lloyd. He was a member of Bridgeport Church of Christ. He was a retired insurance agent for Mutual of Omaha. He also was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Korean Conflict.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty May Bodamer Lloyd in 2007.
Survivors include his son, Michael Lloyd of Herndon, VA; and his daughter, Susan Hemmer (David) of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
