The husband of Sylvia Saienni, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2015.
Chris was born on Jan 27, 1953 to the late Eugene and Evelyn (Cedar) Butler. He was a 1971 graduate of Delcastle H.S. Chris was a hardworking man and dedicated employee of Arbor Management for 22 years.
He had a love for the Eagles, Flyers, motorcycles, Westerns and especially Elvis. He never missed a Sunday morning Elvis show. His greatest passion in life was talking about his grandchildren.
He will be forever missed by his wife, Sylvia A. Saienni; sons, Brian and Mark (Rene); daughter, Christie; grandsons, Mark, Jr., Chase, Colin; and granddaughter, Morgan. Chris is also survived by his brother, Steve; sisters, Sue Oller (Joe), Donna Meredith (Larry), and Margaret Butler Huey (George), and Christine Butler Gallagher; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
The memorial service for Chris will be on Monday, Aug 17, at 1: 00pm at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12:00-1:00pm. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to Faithful friends Animal Society, or American Lung Association.
