She was preceded in death by her husband Jesse Talley and her daughter Bobbi E. Ratliffe(8/03/2015).
She leaves behind her children Lloyd (Nichole) Diamond, Oweda (Matar) Loum, Cecil D. Diamond all of Louisville, Kentucky and Brent Diamond of Richmond, Indiana, she also leaves a host of grandchildren. Her special friends June McMiller and Linda Freeman.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
