Justin Michael Simmons, age 31, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born in Anderson, SC, on June 21, 1984, he was the loving son of Calvin Simmons and Debra Bennett Simmons, of Anderson, SC. He was a 2002 graduate of Crescent High School and was currently employed with Marchbanks Assisted Living. Justin was a member of Freedom Center.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sons, Zachery Simmons and Mason Simmons, both of Anderson, SC; a brother, Adam Simmons and his wife Jennifer, of Anderson, SC; nieces and nephews, Payton and Pierce Simmons and Aary and Anna Bryant; and grandmothers, Bonnie Simmons, Margie Bryant, and Estelle Bennett.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Floyd Simmons, Ed Bennett, and Marcelle Bryant.
The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Phil Sears officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will be at the home of his parents and will receive friends on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
