She was enumerated with her husband and 1 child in Stratford, Perth County in 1871, and with 4 children in Logan Township, Perth County in 1881. The family was again enumerated in Stratford in 1891 (6 children) and 1901. [1911 not found]. In 1921, widowed Millicent was enumerated with daughter Mary Ann Harvey's family.

Sequence of names on gravestone suggests Millicent was Leonard's wife, but the birth & death years make it much more likely that Richard and Millicent were Leonard's parents -- confirmed by censuses
