Kenneth Steenbergen, 66, Fountain Run, died Feb. 6, 2005 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital. He was a farmer and a member of the Fountain Run Old Missionary Baptist Church. Born in Monroe County on Nov. 17, 1938, he was a son of the late Travis and Geneva (Lyons) Steenbergen and the husband of Brenda (Clark) Steenbergen, who survives. They were married July 22, 1960 in Mt. Herman. Other than his wife, survivors include, a son, Brent Steenbergen, and a daughter, Donna Freeman, both of Fountain Run; a sister, Neda Sue Thomas, Woodburn; and six grandchildren, Jeff, Angela, Candi, Chanel, Noble and Zebalon.Burial was at the Fountain Run Cemetery.
