Casey J. Riley, 57, of 42 North Linden avenue, widely known salesman of the Ryan-Sheridan company, died suddenly Monday morning while at work in a local grocery store. Death was attributed to a heart attack.
Mr. Riley, a resident of Sheridan for 17 years, was born September 21, 1881, at Malcom, Iowa. He had been in the employ of the Ryan Sheridan company for a number of years.
Through his business connections Mr. Riley had become known throughout this entire area.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Grace Riley; one daughter, Mrs. James H. McCoy, Jr. and one sister, Mrs. Elsie White of Los Angeles. Calif.
Arrangements for funeral services, which will be under the direction of the Champion Funeral Home, have not been completed.
