Shannon Cooper, age 68 passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015 in San Antonio. He was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. Prior to moving to San Antonio, he was employed by Hart Schaffner Marx and U.S. Industries. For the past 25 years Shannon owned and operated his own business. Shannon was a man of great compassion and integrity. His faith and family meant the world to him. Always involved, he was constantly fixing and repairing anything and everything. Shannon loved life and making people laugh; in keeping with his beliefs, don't dwell on his passing – celebrate his life; it was full and wonderful.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hadley and Comfort Cooper. Shannon is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Angela; sister, Eloise Reeves and husband, Don; brother, Lloyd Cooper and wife, Linda; sister, Sharon Jackson; brother, Terry Cooper; nieces Jennifer, Julie, Kellie, Kristi; nephews Andy and John; Aunt Rosalie and Uncle Lester Gaither; many cousins and his loyal dogs, Jack and Ruby.
