Mrs Dorothy Wahl passed away at age 90 at the Prairie Community Hospital in Terry on October 11, 1958. Mrs Wahl was born in Hofenthal, South Russia on January 20, 1868, the daughter of Fred and Katherine Wageman. She spent her childhood in South Russia and was married to Jacob Wahl there in 1185. Mr and Mrs Wahl came to the US in 1906 making their home near Bowdle SD. They came to MT in 1914, and homesteaded near Crow Rock. They moved to Terry in 1933 and had made their home here since.
She is survived by a son, George Wahl of Miles City; a daughter, Mrs Christina Naasz of Terry; three sisters, Mrs Christina Moretz of Germany, Mrs Mary Detrich of Mobridge SD, and Mrs Magdalena Lutz of British Columbia, Canada; 8 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1946, and by one brother, John Wageman, in 1913.
