Deanna Sue Carr, 63, affectionately known as "Grabby" to her grandchildren, passed away suddenly at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, Ore.
Deanna was born in Klamath Falls, Ore., to Leslie "Bud" and Virginia Carr.
She attended Klamath County schools and graduated in 1968 from Klamath Union High School, where she proudly served as rally queen. She also attended University of Oregon and was a member of the Pi Phi Sorority.
Deanna was a massage therapist and an accomplished artist whose talents went far beyond the canvas. An exceptional wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend, she will be missed by many.
Deanna was preceded in death by her father and is survived by her husband, Michael Stanley; daughter, Jaimie Schep; son, Joshua Schep; grandchildren, Zoe, Gavin and Declan Griffin; mother, Virginia Carr and brother, Dean Carr.
A private family graveside service was Oct, 4, 2013, in Corvallis, Ore.
