Pearl Sullivan, age 76, a much loved moma, granny, and great-granny, passed peacefully from this life after an extended illness on August 9, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Beatrice Sinks Knott; daughter, Carol Johnson; grandparents, Leland and Clara Holland; brothers, Raymond and Randall Sinks.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her children, Carla (Martin) Deweese, Pikeville, Dwain (Diane) Johnson, Spencer, grandchildren, Jason (Kim) Myers, Harlee Deweese (Matthew Muddy Ewton), Stephanie (Brian) Smith, and Leland (Karissa) Johnson; great-grandkids ,Bailee, Brody, and Skyla; sister, Sylvia (Sam) Rainey, Jr., Pikeville, brother, Ivan (Patricia) Sinks, Dunlap, sisters-in-law Vivian Sinks, McMinnville, and Bonnie Sinks, Michigan, uncle, Clyde (Mary) Holland, Pikeville, aunt, Wilma (Danny) Fults, McMinnville, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Celebration of Pearl’s life will be Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 2:00 in the chapel with Bro. Danny Lee officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am – 9:00 pm Tuesday.
Burial will be in Rainey-Dill Cemetery.
