He was born April 10, 1955 in Goshen.
On April 24, 1982 he married Tammy Hall in Elkhart.
She survives along with a son, Michael John Meredith of Belton, Kansas; his mother and her husband, Virginia (Crise) and Marvin Trost; his father’s wife, Joan Meredith; and seven siblings, Ruth (Jeff) Truex of Goshen, Marina Patrick of Leesburg, Keith Meredith of Pierceton, Michele (Terry) Walters of Warsaw, Marvin Trost, Jr., and Terry Trost, both of Elkhart, and Louis (Tricia) Trost of Osceola.
He was preceded in death by his father Ronald K. Meredith.
A lifelong area resident he worked in maintenance at Nibco for 35 years and was a member at Whosoever Will Worship Center, Elkhart. He was the soundman and manager of the Southern Gospel group Sisters x Two, and was also a member of the band, Johnny Sprocket.
He loved to fish and enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
