Dale made and repaired brass wind instruments for many years at Fred's instrument repair in Great Falls, Montana.

Dale was an Army Veteran, serving from 1980-1986 as a Sergeant. Dale was a proud Native American and an enrolled member of the Turtle Mountain Chippewa Cree.

Dale is survived by his wife; a son; 2 daughters; 4 step-daughters; 1 step-son; 6 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson.
