Hans Laures Landmark, 77, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs Edith Brotzman at Mondovi WI, of a heart attack on October 26. Services were held Friday afternoon at the Community church.
Hans Laures Landmark was born June 9, 1870 at Skrydstrup (Slesvig) Denmark, emigrating to this country in 1903. He settle in NE, living there until 1903 when he moved to WY. In November, 1912, he was united in marriage to Martha Martinsen at Cody WY, and in October of 1915, they moved to the Olanda community where he has been engaged in farming. Mr Landmark was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge at Cody and served for several years as a trustee and clerk of school.
Survivors are his wife, Martha, three daughters, Elsie Landmark of Seattle WA, Edith Brotzman of Mondovi WI, and Mrs Frances Kludt of Kamiah ID, and three sons, Chris, Harry and Arthur all of Kamiah ID. One son, three sisters, and two brothers have preceded him in death.
