Michael Claire Bingham was born March 31,1951, in St. Anthony, Idaho, the son of Jane Bailey Bingham Webster and Claire L. Bingham. He passed away June 26, 2015, at the Adventist Medical Center in Hanford, California.

Michael attended school in Idaho Falls, Idaho, El Segundo, California and graduated from Madison High School in Rexburg, Idaho.

Mike worked for the Targhee National Forest on a survey crew the summers of his junior and senior years. He attended the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho for three semesters before enlisting in the U S Navy. He was stationed at four different naval air stations during his four years in the Navy. After his discharge from the Navy, Michael went to work for the National Weather Service; where he worked for the rest of his life. He loved everything connected to weather and loved being a meteorologist (weather forecaster). He received a prestigious National Weather Service, Isaac Cline Award in 2011.

Michael is survived by his mother, Jane Webster of Idaho Falls; his brother, David P. (Janell) Bingham of Idaho Falls; step-sister, Pam (Steve) Zweifel of Idaho Falls; step-brother, Mitch Webster of Mesa Arizona; and his very special and dearest friend, Jim Pendley of Hanford, California.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Bill Webster, his father, Claire L. Bingham, his step-brother, Bruce Webster, grandparents, Dale and Mildred Bailey of St. Anthony, Idaho and Wilford and Afton Bingham of Idaho Falls.

God heals in two ways: making us better or taking us home. He chose to take Michael home!

A private family memorial will be held and Mike will be laid to rest in the Pineview Cemetery in Ashton, Idaho.
