Jamie Renée Holden, age 24, passed away suddenly in an automobile accident on August 4, 2015. She was born in Jacksonville, FL on April 4, 1991, and grew up in West DesMoines, IA for 11 years. Jamie was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Alma, GA and also attended Promise Land Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL. Jamie was a pharmacy technician at Rite Aid in Alma, GA. Jamie loved being with her family and friends and her four dogs: Diamond, Rocky, Louie, & Molly moo moos. She enjoyed hunting, mudding, and hanging out with her fiancé Dustin and riding around with their friends. She loved her fiancé Dustin DePratter and was looking forward to their marriage on November 7, 2015.
Jamie touched many lives because of her sweet tender heart. She will be missed dearly by her father Thomas Holden, mother Rachel Holden, her brothers Sean McGrane (Karisa), Joshua Holden. Her sisters: Kayla James (Seth) and Ashley Holden along with many other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 11 AM at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 7673 Collins Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32244, with family visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, located at Trinity Baptist Church, 800 Hammond Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32221. Rev. Steve Whitcomb, officiating
