WELLSVILLE- Mark Steven Black passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015.

He was a resident of Wellsville since 1985 and a lifelong area resident, born in East Liverpool on Feb. 9,1955.

Steve was the son of the late Donald E. Black whom passed March 27,1990 and the late Joyce A. Lee Black whom passed Feb. 28, 2015.

He attended East Liverpool High School. To a lot of his friends he was given the nickname "Catfish".

Steve really enjoyed fishing, was proud of his Collection of Harley memorabilia and enjoyed watching movies. He was a huge dog lover and really missed his dogs Nikita and Jax.

He leaves behind a sister, Terrie Buzzard and husband Jeff of East Liverpool; a sister, Lisa Hayward and husband Justin of Lafayette, Ind.; a nephew, Michael "Caleb" Renner and wife Jamie of Weirton, W.Va.; a nephew, Alex Hayward and niece Kaitlynn Hayward both of Lafayette, Ind.; and two great-nephews, Dale and Jimmy Mull both of Weirton,W.Va.

In fulfilling his wishes no services are planned. He is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
