"Willis "Pappy" Conner, 68, died Friday at his home after a sudden illness.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at East Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Bill Harty officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Conner was born Sept. 22, 1913, in Nebraska. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Dudley G. Conner of Eldridge, Iowa, and Gerald W. Conner of Seven Points, Texas; two daughters, Aloma Conner of Sacramento, Calif., and Jackie Turner of Texarkana, and four grandchildren.
The family will be at the residence of Jackie Turner, 10 Parkwood."
