Mr. Graham was a member of Vinton Baptist Church. He was a veteran of World War II having served with the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Vinton Masonic Lodge #204 and the Vinton V.F.W. Post #4522.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry Elliot Graham Jr., Stafford Franklin Graham.
Survivors include his wife, Myrtie Neal Graham; three sons, Jack Ivan Graham Jr. and wife, Pamela, Michael Ray Graham and wife, Shelbye all of Blue Ridge, Steven Lee Graham, Vinton; four grandchildren, Jay, Jenny, Matthew, and Sarah; one great-grandchild, Jacob; six sisters, Mildred G. Drewery, Virginia G. Saunders, Betty G. Miller and husband, Bill all of Roanoke, Mary G. St. Clair and husband, Wayne, of Hopewell, Helen G. Rockhill and husband, Walter of Somerset, N.J., Dorothy G. Carper and husband, Richard of Conyers, Ga.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 11, 1996 from the Lotz Vinton Chapel with Dr. Bill Ross and the Rev. David Elks officiating. Burial to follow in Mountain View Cemetery. Friends may call after 12 noon Tuesday at the Lotz Vinton Chapel.
