The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 1, at Major Family Funeral Home in Springfield for Rachael Eileen Cox of Eugene, who died June 28 of age-related causes. She was 88.

She was born Feb. 2, 1918, in Kenesaw, Neb., to Herbert and Edith Godfrey Worman. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Rolland Cox; a son, George Cooper of Springfield; two daughters, Sandy Jenkison and Pat Griffin; three brothers, Elton Worman of Glendale, Edwin Worman of Portland and Dale Worman of Olympia; a sister, Phyllis Garrett of Florence; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Her first husband, George Cooper, died previously.

Burial will be at Roseburg Memorial Gardens.
