Matthew Craig Wright, age 22, of Mountain City, TN, died July 23, 2015 at the Watauga Medical Center from complications of his heart. He was born on July 11, 1993 in Jacksonville, NC. Matt attended Southside Freewill Baptist Church.
Matthew is survived by his mother Bonnie Osborne of the home, father Steven Wright, Fiancé Brittany Potter of the home, his son Noah Joseph Wright and baby Timothy due in September, half-sisters Summer Moses of the home, Taylor Wright, and Mercedes Wright, brother Hunter Wright, grandmother Linda Osborne, uncles Robert Osborne, Richard Osborne and Billy Weaver and best friend Robert Gwinn.
A Celebration of Life service was held at Mountain City Funeral Home with Gary Hill officiating. Graveside service and burial at the Phillippi Cemetery.
