Chuck was a friend and his wife and her brother are close friends of mine...

Memorial: Chuck Grubbs...born in Sheridan, Wy. then grew up in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. In his younger days he was a bronco buster, rodeo rider and a logger with his father. He then joined the Air Force and was a Viet Nam War Veteran and basic training instructor, receiving the Meritorious Service Medal from USAF Lt. Gen. John W. Roberts. After the service in 1976 he drove a chemical truck in Idaho. Later, he was a Motorcoach Captain (tour bus driver), driving all over the country doing sightseeing tours with several companies including Escot Bus Lines in Largo, Fla and All Aboard America in Mesa, AZ. He was also a driver for Enterprise Rental Car in Mesa. He left behind his wife, Roberta "Bobbie" Applegate Grubbs, 2 children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
