Susan D. Hase
Susan D. Hase, 45, passed away July 12, 2015, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. A native of Hutchinson, she was born Feb. 23, 1970, the daughter of Sammie Hase and Vicky Baker.
She loved spending time reading, working word puzzles and keeping journals. However, her family was her main concern and love. Survivors include: a daughter, Morgan Hase of South Hutchinson; a son, DaVonte Hase of Augusta, Ga.; two sisters, Marie Hase of Hutchinson and Elicia Hase of Salina; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Per her request, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date by the family. In lieu of flowers, the family has established the Susan D. Hase Family Memorial Fund, and gifts may be left in care of Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home, Hutchinson.
