Cecilia Feazle was born between 1838 and 1840 in what is now southern Union Parish Louisiana, the daughter of Solomon Feazle (1808-30 July 1862) and Sarah Elizabeth Farmer (c1818-c1857). Her grandfather was the very influential early Union Parish settler, War of 1812 veteran, and namesake of Farmerville, Mills Farmer.

Cecilia first married to William C. Fitzgerald (c1831 - 19 Dec 1862). Fitzgerald enlisted in early 1862 in Company H, 31st Regiment Louisiana Infantry, elected as the unit's 1st lieutenant. He served throughout 1862, but died of pneumonia at Vicksburg on December 19th. Cecilia and William had one child, Alfred (or Albert) Fitzgerald, born in 1862.

Cecilia Ann Feazle Fitzgerald married James Wyatt Auld about 1865 or 1866 in Union Parish. They remained there until 1871, when they moved to Texas. They lived in Rains County Texas in 1880. In 1881, Wyatt purchased a farm near Emory, which he sold in March 1886. He and Cecilia vanish after that. Since their many of their children returned to Union Parish and lived near relatives, it appears they died in or shortly after 1886.
