Rebecca (Becky) Glazier Palma, the daughter of Earl and Inez (Edwards) Glazier, was born In Colorado on November 27, 1936 She lived her youth and received her education while residing In California

Becky had been employed at Prairie View Home in Sanborn for 17 years. She died at Northwest Iowa Health Center at Sheldon, Iowa on March 27, 1996, at the age of 59 years, four months.

She is survived by her Terry (Stub) Stahl of Sanborn, one niece, Terry, and one nephew, Russ, and many friends.

Becky was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Connie.

Becky enjoyed ramping, fishing, and golfing and was a member of the T??s Club.

Funeral services were held March 30 at the Sanborn Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Pals officiating. Casket bearers were Elmer Strubbe, Lynn Kleve, Gene Pry Bob Knowlton, Greg Jacobsnia, and Cliff Pry. Honorary bearers were Rod Dounia, Cork Rozeboom and Joel Gibbons

Delores Popma sang "Just a Closer Walk With Thee" and "It Is No Secret What God Can Do." Chris Van Meeteren was accompanist/organist. Burial was In Roseland Cemetery, Sanborn.

Research Note: Becky was raised by Earl and Inez, but records show her birth father is John Armstrong. No further information is known at this time. Armstrong is also the father of her sister, Constance Ruth Armstrong Vaglica (1938-1984).
