In addition to her husband, Kenneth Leon Ramsey, Karen was survived by two daughters — Heather Meadors of Huntsville, Arkansas, and Brandy Peraza of Rogers, Arkansas; four grandchildren —Damian Meadors and Bentley Meadors, both of Huntsville, Kenneth Peraza of Rogers, and Mariska Meadors of Huntsville; seven brothers and sisters — Paul Kerwock, June (Kerwock) Boulette, Mary (Kerwock) Lary, Leo Kerwock, her twin brother Kevin Kerwock, and Scott Kerwock of Eureka Springs; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Karen's family received friends from noon to 2pm on Saturday, August 8, in the chapel of the Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville. A private funeral service and interment was later held at the Big Sandy Cemetery near Marble, Arkansas.
