Tena A. Williams, 85, Windsor, died Wednesday evening, December 4, 2002, at the Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton. She was born December 8, 1916 in Hawarden, Iowa, the daughter of Charles Blumers and Anna (VanDyke) Blumers. Her parents immigrated to the United States in 1913 from Fiesland, The Netherlands. On September 28, 1937, in Cresco, Iowa, she married Michael C. Williams, who died March 2, 1992. She was a homemaker and had also worked at Vinent's Shoe store for several years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Windsor. She was also a member of the Women's Golf Association and the Women's Bowling Association....
