William Mose Hensley, age 62 of Johnson Road, London, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, August 01, 2015 in Lexington, Kentucky. Born Nov. 21, 1952 in Laurel County, Ky, he was the son of the late Mose Hensley and Nancy Hampton Hensley, of London. He was the father of William Paul Hammons of Nicholasville, Kentucky, the son of Nancy Hampton Hensley of London, Kentucky, the brother of Minnie Mays and husband Eddie, Charlie Ray Hensley and wife Zelma, and Betty Lou Woods and husband J.L. all of London, Kentucky, and Virgil Hensley and wife Joy of Berea, Kentucky. He is also survived by two grandchildren; Christopher Hammons and Addison Hammons both of Nicholasville, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father, Mose Hensley.Funeral Services for William Mose Hensley will be conducted at 1:00 PM Wednesday, August 05, 2015 in London Funeral Home Chapel with Cecil Benge and Phillip Proffitt officiating. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Hunt, Eddie Mays II, Scotty Farthing, Billy Hensley, JR Fugate, and Bobby Cledlinger. Honorary pallbearers will be Alex Woods, Travis Hensley and Eugene Hensley.
