Nancy M. Behnke, 48, of 338 Mary Street in Brillion, died unexpectedly on Mon. Sept. 23, 2002 at Calumet Medical Center in Chilton.
She was born June 1, 1954 in Green Bay, daughter of Leo and Jeanette (Schneider) Pritzl. On June 30, 1973 she married James A. Behnke at St. Mary Church in Brillion. Nancy loved babies, especially taking care of her grandchildren. She also had a special place in her heart for angels. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Brillion.
Nancy is survived by her husband, James, her parents, Leo and Jeanette Pritzl, one daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Dale Galoff of Brillion, two sons and a daughter-in-law, Richard and Tammy Joe Behnke of St. Nazianz and Ryan Behnke, at home, two grandchildren, Ariel and Levi Galoff, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Don and Sandy Pritzl of Brillion, and Howard and Barb Pritzl of Reedsville, one sister and brother-in-law, Jeanne and Ralph Sprangers of OK.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, a brother, William James Pritzl, her maternal grandparents, William and Lena Schneider, and her paternal grandparents, William and Carrie Pritzl.
Funeral Mass will be at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion, with Rev. Willard Vande Loo officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary Cemetery.
