Bobby Math Malone died August 1, 2015 at the age of 83. He was born January 24, 1932 in Swifton, Arkansas, to Pearl Arnold Brown and Math Brown. He was the adopted son of Fisher Phillips Malone and Guy Malone, who resided in Belzoni, Mississippi, on the Sunflower River; where he had a wonderful childhood and became an avid hunter and fisherman.

After graduating from Mississippi State with a BS in Industrial Management, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lt. in the United States Air Force.

He loved guns, having an extensive .22 collection, and being involved in the restoration of many antique automobiles; winning many first place trophies along the way.

He leaves three daughters and two sons, Linda Hill Langele of Brandon, MS, Dean Dianne O'Connor of Gulf Shores, AL, Leah Lara Harris of Bossier City, LA, Robert Michael Malone of Byram, MS, and William Milton Malone of Birmingham, AL; five grandchildren, Kelsey and Kerri O'Connor, Andrew and Lara Harris, and Taylor Phillips Langele.

Pallbearers are: Mike Malone, Milton Malone, Andrew Harris, David Harris, Taylor Langele, and Danny Pearson.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 4th, 2015 at Belzoni Cemetery, under the direction of Mortimer Funeral Home. A visitation will be held at Mortimer Funeral Home from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Mortimer Funeral Home, prior to the service.
