William C. Kloss passed away Tues Aug 6, 2002 at his home in the Leisuretown Section of Southampton. He was 78.
Born and raised in Canton, OH, he resided in Southampton for the past 4 years, moving there from Cherry Hill, NJ. A retired Regional Sales Manager with the TX Refinery Corp in Ft Worth, TX, he has worked for them for 25 years until his recent retirement. He was also owner of William C. Kloss Assoc in Cherry Hill which he stared in 1973, and was formerly with Michigan Clark Equipment in Moorestown, NJ. A graduate of Miami UN in Oxford, OH, he was a US Navy Veteran serving during WWII of the USS Storm King and the USS Kenmore and continued to serve in the Navy Reserves until 1959. He is a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity and was the 1937 National Marbles Champion from Canton, OH and was featured in Life Magazine.
He is the beloved husband of Shirley P. Kloss and loving father of Vicki Korsakoff of Atco, NJ, Gary Kloss of Egg Harbor, NJ, Jeff Kloss of Medford, NJ and David Kloss of Atco. Also survived by his grandchildren Bryan, Amy and Lori Korsakoff and Kimberly, Kristine and Kayley Kloss. He is the father of the late Marci Beth Kloss.
Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing Sat 9-10am at Bradley & Stow Funeral Home, Medford where a funeral service will be held Sat 11am. Interment Locustwood Memorial park, Cherry Hill.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family request memorial donations to the Hampton Lakes Emergency Squad, Southampton.
