Dwight was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed making and crafting knives, most of which he would give to family and friends.
Dwight is survived by his wife, Anita (Jones) Jackson; step-granddaughter, Mary Lyn Jones; stepson, Neil Jones (Cindy) of Bald Knob; step-daughter, Lyn (Jones) McAnelly (Jamie) of Bald Knob; brothers, Glen Jackson (Letha) of Bald Knob and James Jackson of Bradford; a sister, Loretta Howard (Del) of Irving, Texas; special grandchildren, Sarah Kate McAnelly and Jaylen Jones; as well as his hunting and fishing buddies.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Odell Jackson and three sisters, Audra, Deloris and Janie Jackson.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 1:30-3:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Bald Knob. Services will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be in the Providence Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob-Judsonia.
