EVA G. COULTER
CROOKSVILLE – Eva G. Coulter, 80, a former resident of Crooksville, died at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 4, at the Woodlawn Nursing Home in Mansfield where she had been a patient for three years.
She was born May 16, 1904, in Crooksville, a daughter of Charles C. and Margaret Watts Coulter.
Miss Coulter received a bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University where she had been elected to Phi Beta Kappa Honorary Scholastic Society. She received a master's degree in education from Ohio State University.
She taught at Crooksville High School for 41 years and had also taught at the Old Trail School in Akron and in the Hamilton City Schools for several years.
Miss Coulter was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Crooksville and a former member of the Delta Kappa Gamma and Business and Professional Women organizations.
She is survived by a sister Mrs. Eugene V. Busler of Mansfield; two nieces, two nephews and a number of distant relatives.
