CARL J. TALLE LIFE RESIDENT OF COUNTY DIES
Carl Johan Talle, 69, life long resident of Freeborn County died Saturday night at his farm home Bancroft Township from a heart attack.
It was known that he had heart trouble but the condition was not thought to be serious.
He was born September 20,1888, at Bath Township, the son of John C. and Anna Talle, and was a life long resident of Bancroft Township.
Mr. Talle attended public school in Albert Lea, Albert Lea Commercial College and Luther Academy, and he farmed.
He was a life long member of Central Freeborn Lutheran church.
Elected clerk of Bancroft Township in 1941. He continued in that office until his death.
He is survived by four brothers and one sister;
Henry O. Talle of the U.S. Congress in Washington, D.C.
Bennett A. Talle of Kiester
Irvin M. Talle of Albert lea
Reuben J. Talle of Minneapolis
The sister, Mrs. Mabel E. Wagner, lives at South St. Paul.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Central Freeborn Lutheran church.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
