Elbert Knight, 63, died at his home in Marble late Saturday afternoon. Mr. Knight was born in Nebraska Nov. 12, 1897, and had been a Marble resident for over thirty years. He was a World War I veteran.
Funeral services were held from Peterson's Chapel in Coleraine at 2 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. Roy Wiberg officiating. Burial was in the Lakeview cemetery.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Bertha Gann of Nebraska; two brothers, J.N. Knight of Storm Lake, Ia., and Otto of California.
Pallbearers were Andrew Columbo, Elmer Sundquist, Robert Anderson, Richard Harling, Donald Joy, and Allen Sigfrinius.
