Frances "Jeanette" Free, 71, of Davidson, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015, at the Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.
A native of Aiken County, SC, Mrs. Free was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wesley Edmonds.
She attended Independence Hill Baptist Church of Huntersville. Her children and grandchildren were the joy of her life. She never met a stranger and loved to talk. Jeanette was a devoted and caring Nurse and retired from the Brian Center of Charlotte.
Mrs. Free is survived by her mother, three daughters and their spouses, son and his spouse, eleven grandchildren, two sisters and their spouses, one brother and his spouse.
The family will receive friends Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 2:00pm until service at 4:00pm at Independence Hill Baptist Church. The Reverend Todd Marlin will be officiating. Committal services will follow in the church cemetery.
