Sheryl McCleary Turner age 59 of Caledonia passed away unexpectedly on July 24th, 2015 at home.

Sheryl was born August 25th, 1955 in Marion as the daughter of the late Sheldon & Marilyn (Simmons) McCleary.

Sheryl was an alumni of Northmor High School and a graduate of North Central Technical College in Mansfield. She was employed as a clerk/mail handler by the United States Postal Service in Marion. She attended Canaan United Methodist Church and loved her home in the country.

Sheryl is survived by her daughter Andrea Turner of Dublin, her nieces Brandy Bright and Dawn Scott, nephew Ian Hypes. She will be fondly missed by her companion of almost 20 years, Allen Fisher.

Sheryl was preceded in death by her brother Marvin “Dale” McCleary in October of 2012.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 Saturday August 8th, in Salem M.E. Cemetery, Harpster. Calling hours will not be observed.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Crawford County Humane Society or Canaan United Methodist Church. The Timson Allen & Melroy Funeral Home of Caledonia is assisting Sheryl’s loved ones with their needs.
