Tiffany Kim Morris, nee Watkins, Beck, 53, of Quaker Hill, Conn., born July 18, 1962, in St. Louis, Mo., died Wednesday, July 22, 2015, in Providence, R.I. Tiffany was a free spirit, devoted wife, daughter, sister and loyal friend to many. Tiffany is survived by her loving husband, Naval Chief Petty Officer Jeffery Morris, originally of Hammond Ind., based at the Naval Station Groton, Conn. They married Oct. 13, 2007, in Christopher Ill. Also surviving are her mother, Janet and "Daddy Dave" Brannon of Belleville; father, Lawrence L. (Pat) Watkins of Texas; father, Carl G. Beck of Missouri; in-laws, Maureen and James Morris of Belleville; brothers, Eric (Anita) Beck of Illinois and Garrett (Kelly) Beck of Missouri; grandmother, Maxine Brannon of Missouri; aunts, Jane Stevenson, Michelle Aldana, Cathleen Brannon, Carol Fleming and Donna Patty, all of Missouri; uncle, Mark Forcelledo; nephews, Danny Goodman and Lawrence Beck; niece, Claire Beck; great-uncles, Thomas Johns, and Marian (Carol) Johns; and family and friends throughout the country. She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Long; her maternal grandmother, Helen Yesberg; and paternal grandmothers, Lavern Forcelledo and Alice Beck.Tiffany was dedicated to Jeff and his Navy career, which included tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. They loved living in the old farmhouse in Quaker Hill, Conn., and attending Broadway shows in New York City. They traveled and enjoyed camping, fishing, baseball games and NASCAR racing. Tiffany worked around the country; as a cook in an Arizona convent, on a shrimp boat in Louisiana, as a store manager for Tuesday Morning in St. Louis, a graphic artist in Las Vegas, and most recently as assistant manager for Tractor Supply Company, where she loved driving the forklift. She inherited from her mother a special connection with critters with two to eight legs, feathers, fur, and scales. She adored her dog, Chance and her cat, Tripod. She proudly returned to college, and always loved learning new skills, from milking cows and goats to making cheese, card-making, water color painting, and canning. Her interests were as diverse as her friends. She was active in a Methodist women's organization and a Lutheran prayer group. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or The Salvation Army. Visitation: Family will received friends from 5 to 6:15 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3, 2015, at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 115 West B St., Belleville, Ill. A second visitation will be held from 5 to 6:15 Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015, at the United Methodist Church, Christopher, Ill.Funeral: A memorial service will be held at 6:15 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3, 2015, at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Belleville, Ill., with Pastor Drew Kramer officiating. A second memorial service will be held at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015, at the United Methodist Church, Christopher, Ill., with Pastor James Heaney officiating. Interment will be in Overturf Cemetery, Ewing, Ill. Some of Tiffany's ashes will be spread over the couple's nearby property.
