Miss Elva Garrison, daughter of Samuel Webb Garrison and Cecelia "Jane" (Faulds) Garrison, spent her youth in Bloomsburg, Pa., before moving with her parents to Philadelphia, Pa. Sometime after 1910, Elva moved to New Jersey. Elva was a music teacher. She never married. At age 70, Miss Elva Garrison passed away at her home in Ocean Gate, NJ. She was survived by her brother, Harry H. Garrison, his wife, Minnie C. (Oerkvitz) Garrison; and her maiden aunt, Lena Faulds, all of Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
