Howard Gordon joined the love of his life, Donna, on April 26th. He passed peacefully in his California home, having left Fargo in February 2014 for warmer weather. Howard and Donna had 3 children: Doree, Kim and Steven.
Born and raised in North Dakota, Howard was one of 7 children. He always dreamed of being a farmer but following active duty in Japan, was unable to fulfill that dream. Instead, he went to college and taught future farmers to be successful farmers.
Following years of teaching, he joined the ND Farm Bureau and later found his real life's passion. He retired from his insurance business in 2013 after 42 years.
He was dearly loved by his family, showing unconditional love, generosity and non-judgemental kindness. He will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him and by his family who was very blessed to have him.
