Services for Julia Knight, 75,of Natchez, who died Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Merit Health Community Hospital, will be at 11a.m. Saturday at New Beginnings Baptist Church with the Rev. Lloyd Bailey officiating.

Burial will follow at the St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery under the direction of Webb/Winfield Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Ms. Knight was born Oct. 21, 1939, in Natchez, the daughter of Henry and Consevella Knight.

She was employed by Southwest Mississippi Planning and Development.

She was retired.

Ms. Knight was a member of the Eastern Star and was a member of St. James A.M.E. Church and served on the usher board.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Clarence, Tom, Peter and Joseph Knight.

Survivors include three daughters, Debra, Helen and husband, Jessie, all of Natchez, and Charlotte and husband, Willie, of Vidalia; two sons, Charlie and wife, Rosie, of Virginia and Wayne of Canton; one brother, King Knight of Natchez; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Darrell Gibson, Oliver George, Reginald Perrilloux, Dennis Fleming, Alvin Frisby and David Minor.
