Joyce was born in Maywood on August 13, 1938 and was the daughter of the late John and Lillian Shover. On January 7, 1965 she married Ronald A. Bleichroth. Ron preceded Joyce in death on February 28, 1998 after 33 years of marriage. Joyce was a resident of the Dundee area for the past 38 years and attended the Faith Lutheran Church in Carpentersville. Joyce was preceded in death by her brother: George Shover and sister: Betty Moore.
